My journey commenced in the bustling heart of Myrtle Beach, SC, where I rubbed shoulders with industry titans in the AC realm. It didn't take long for me to uncover a stark reality - a pervasive lack of integrity among the majority of these companies. Witnessing firsthand the disregard for ethics, the absence of honest labor, and the prevalence of deceptive practices, my resolve was stirred.

The plight of homeowners being exploited struck a chord within me - paying for services that never materialized, being coerced into unnecessary upgrades, or receiving subpar products despite investments in top-tier systems.
